Mr. and Mrs. Steve Herndon, Esq.
Steve Herndon holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, a Master of Divinity from Talbot Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Chapman College. He also earned a California Life Teachers Credential from BIOLA University.
Steve currently practices law as a Supervising Deputy Attorney General of the State of California, prosecuting felony appeals.
Steve has been married to his best friend, Julie, since 1978. Julie has worked as an executive secretary and was particularly effective as the Girl’s Director of a high school student ministry. Julie has also worked in public schools as a full-inclusion aide, a teacher's aide, and a CELDT instructor.
Steve and Julie have served in various ministries in their church. They home-schooled their two sons for part of their pre-college education.
Their eldest son graduated from UC Davis with a double major; one in Political Science and one in History. Like his father, he went on to earn a law degree from Fordham Law in Manhattan.
Their second son was on his high school leadership and lacrosse teams. He is planning to attend college upon graduation from high school. Like his father and older brother, he loves to play guitar.
