To enroll in APS Co-Op Courses complete the Registration Form and Guidelines and mail them with

payment to the address listed in the Registration Form. Note the discount given for registration completed at

the Co-Op Information Meeting held in May. Please note the enrollment timeframe listed on the Registration Form.
